Consider Tarps
In order to remain dry on a rainy day, you should take some pieces of tarp with you. You need to lay the tarp underneath your tent over the ground. It will work as a barrier between your body and the ground. Besides, it will make you feel more comfortable and let you sleep well.

Pack Waterproof Gears

You can use these products to make your gear such as shoes, and backpack waterproof. The process may take time though.
