Braking and locking caster
The brake feature on the breaking caster can be used to stop the wheel from turning. This particular caster wheel is widely used in hospitals.
A locking caster resembles a regular caster except that the wheel is locked. It aids in stopping the wheel from spinning.
A kingpin less caster consists of an inner raceway, an outer raceway that is connected to the machine, and ball bearings between the raceways.
